A PRESS CONFERENCE WILL BE SCHEDULED prior the event at the hotel (details TBA). Press Passes and Kits will be made available at the Press Conference.
In addition to local area experts such as spa pioneer Linda Ann Kahn of San Diego’s renowned Beauty Kliniek, the event will draw internationally recognized aromatherapy speakers and vendors including Jane Buckle, PhD, RN, international educator and author (US/UK); James L Geiger, MD, Board Certified Anesthesiologist, Certified Practitioner of Clinical Aromatherapy and developer of oilMD (AZ) and Kamyar Hedayat, MD, Pediatric Intensivist and author (LA).
ACT focuses on providing professional and alternative resources to mainstream healthcare providers and practitioners, corporate benefit advisors, business and lay-persons. Topics covered will be how to use essential oils safely to handle common ailments such as stress, fatigue, mood and sleep disorders, chronic pain, infections, problem skin care and much more.
All attendees will learn valuable information from experienced practitioners on how to protect and benefit themselves, their families and clients using essential oils. It is scientifically proven that essential oils – the tools of aromatherapy – protect against infections caused by bacteria, fungi and viruses. They also relieve stress and anxiety, enhance sleep, elevate mood, improve metabolism and are effective in reducing everyday aches and pains.
ACT’s medical professionals are pioneering an alternative healthcare path with natural choices to improve one’s current well-being and lifestyle. By employing bona fide credentialed medical professionals and licensed practitioners to educate business, professional and lay-persons alike about the potentials, proper uses & safety of essential oils, ACT seeks to firmly establish aromatherapy as an acceptable complementary practice for common health and illness related issues.
