Valencia, CA – March 3, 2008. Star Nail knows the importance of listening to the educators. The educators know all of the ins and outs of teaching the products and working shows. This is why Star Nail International appointed Ann Marie Assistant Director of Education to Elaine Watson. Ann Marie has been an educator for Star Nail for almost 9 years now working very closely with our distributors R.G. Shakour and their Salon Concepts stores. When Elaine moved out to California, she handed over all of her distributors to Ann Marie. “She has cared for my customers with the same enthusiasm and dedication as I expected she would. I am really fortunate to have Ann work by my side to take our education to the next level,” stated Watson. Ann-Marie has an extensive background in the nail industry and, not to mention, she is also a licensed cosmetologist. Ann Marie has been on the Cosmetology Board of Advisors for 3 vocational schools in her area.
With all of Ann Marie’s background and knowledge, she is the most suitable person for this newly formed position at Star Nail. Ann Marie plans to create a company manual (nail bible). This manual will cover all of Star, Cuccio Naturalé, A.S.P. ASPIRE and Cina products. She will work closely with the educators to develop surveys that will establish how the educators think they can better themselves, feed back on the products, and most importantly, how Ann Marie can assist the educators to make things flow easier for them while traveling. Not only is Ann Marie’s background a bonus, but also her personality is very nurturing and understanding. This is definitely a quality trait that she has and she is a strong team player, she works well with others! “I truly believe that working together and assisting each other is always the best policy,” Ann Marie Reaves.
