FAIRFIELD, Conn., March 14, 2008 – Clean Air Group, Inc. introduced its newly rebranded line of air purification products under the name AtmosAir Solutions at the recent 2008 AHR Expo (International Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Exposition) held in New York.
“The new brand is designed to better reflect the product benefits of improving overall Indoor Air Quality – AtmosAir products thoroughly clean the air in the space where you breathe,” explained Steve Levine, President and CEO of Clean Air Group, Inc.
AtmosAir products are proven effective in eliminating mold, controlling bacteria and the spread of airborne viruses while reducing airborne particles and germs that get past normal filtration solutions without harmful by-products such as ozone or ultraviolet light. Interest in the AtmosAir Solutions product line was high at the company’s exhibit at the AHR Expo where visitors lined up to hear about the unique air purification process and the business opportunities available. “We had a tremendous amount of interest from manufacturer reps, dealers and distributors from all over the world wanting to learn more about our product line and how it can help grow their business” said Carlos Gendron, Vice President Sales & Marketing.
Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is one of the top five environmental health risks identified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Because homes and commercial buildings are tighter and tighter these days and are bringing in less fresh air, the agency says indoor pollutant levels can be two to five times — and sometimes more than 100 times — as high as outdoor levels.
The International AHR Expo is the world’s largest HVAC&R exposition and is held every year in conjunction with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Winter Meeting.
