The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) will release the NAHA 2013 finalists on Tuesday, April 30th at 1:00 p.m. EST (11:00 a.m. PST) via www.facebook.com/pbabeautyweek. A special video created to showcase the amazing work and photography that represents the artistry of North America’s foremost hairstylists and make-up artists will present the finalists.
