Strategies Command Center delivers cloud-based coaching tools, project
management and interactive planning-templates to salons, spas and medspas
CENTERBROOK, Conn. — Strategies, a leading business coaching and training
company for salons, spas and medspas, has announced the release of the
Strategies Command Center, a propriety cloud-based coaching system for salons,
spas and medspas. In development for over a year, the Command Center is
available exclusively to businesses in Strategies’ Membership Program — which
also includes phone coaching, on-site training, live seminars and online
webinars.
“The Command Center overcomes the inherent limitations of phone
coaching that too often turn into conversations or drift from the original
objectives and goals,” says Strategies Founder and CEO, Neil Ducoff. “Coaching
is about achieving milestones, improving performance and that big spooky thing
called accountability,” continues Ducoff. “With the Command Center, we have
built a system that has both the coaching client and the coach focused and
looking at the same computer screen with access to an array of Strategies’
coaching tools, project management and planning templates. More importantly, we
built in seamless communication and interaction between coaches and clients.”
Some of the features of the Strategies Command Center include:
COMPLETE PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Including Milestones, deadlines, Task Lists,
progress status, file uploads, reminder notices and calendar syncing to
computers and devices. The Coaching Dashboard shows days remaining until each
deadline, a detailed activity list, and Milestones and Tasks that are due (or
late and by how many days).
TEMPLATES AND PLANNING SPREADSHEETS: All of
Strategies’ proprietary Excel tools, now in a web-based format. From revenue
projections to cash flow plans, monthly scoreboards to a payroll projector,
Broadband Pay Scales to a cost per hour calculator and more resides on the
Command Center. No more managing, fixing or losing Excel files.
DASHBOARD
AND PROGRESS STATS: Clients will enter their critical numbers in the Critical
Number Dashboard once a month and use the Comparison Stats tool to monitor their
progress by percentage gain or loss for any date range.
ESSENTIAL FILES
AND RESOURCES: A file storage feature with folders to upload documents or files
to share with a coach. The “Financials” folder is used to upload monthly Balance
Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements for review. A Strategies Resource folder is
pre-stocked for each client with downloadable Strategies Benchmarks, Happiness
System, Four Business Outcome charts and other reference materials.
COACH
COMMUNICATIONS: The Messages feature provides email communication between and
coach directly from the Command Center. Emails can be tagged to a specific
Milestone or Task, or can be labeled as a general question for the coach. They
can also contain file attachments, and every email thread is stored for later
reference.
SECURE AND PASSWORD PROTECTED: The client and Strategies Coach
are the only people who can view sensitive information.
