Crystal is an esthetics and spa management professional with a diverse background, including 5+ years of hands on spa and spa management experience, an international spa development background, and import/export experience. She is also a professional stage sales and education speaker and a licensed esthetician.

Prior to joining Universal Companies, Crystal was Executive Brand Director and National Educator for Dermatude, North America. There, she managed the growth of the Dermatude brand for the Americas. Before that, she was Vice President of Education, Sales, and Events for Jayberry LLC, where she oversaw national sales education seminars for multiple clients in the beauty industry and post secondary education. She has also worked with Ritz Carlton, branding the spa division by developing, implementing, and launching new brand strategies.
