Only Continuum Maestro, Echo, Vantage, Bravo and Simplicity spas purchased between May 23, 2016 and June 24, 2016 constitute a Qualifying Purchase for this promotion. Not valid on previous orders. Offer for salons only.
Offer valid in the United States only. No Hold Orders; Order must ship when ready. Pedicure spa base, basin and upholstery colors subject to limitations based on stock. Unless otherwise notified by Continuum, promotion may not be combined with other promotions or offers.
Terms and Conditions
All Qualifying Purchases must be made on and between May 23, 2016 and June 24, 2016. Dealers, distributors, wholesalers, re-sellers, government and institutional purchases do not qualify for this promotion. E-gift card claims must be submitted to Continuum Pedicure Spas via U.S. mail and postmarked no later than thirty days from date of shipment. Only one (1) E-gift card per valid serial number of a Qualifying Product. Gift cards may not be mixed: Select one (1) type of gift card per promotion. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, substitutions, or for resale. No refunds or exchanges (except as required by law). E-gift cards are delivered via email. Gift cards will be sent to the email address indicated on page one (1) of this form. Continuum, Apple Store and Amazon are not responsible for lost/stolen/destroyed gift cards or any gift cards used without your permission.
