Nature’s Pharma announces RECapture I and RECapture II, offering a unique morning and night regimen to restore youthful-looking, softer-feeling skin naturally.
IRVINE, CA — (January 1, 2008) – Nature’s Pharma, LLC a rapidly growing skin therapy company with more than 10 products already on the market, announced the addition of two new anti-aging therapies that are designed to work in concert with one another. RECapture I and RECapture II provides a patented, stable aqueous formulation in a natural anti-aging cream with DHEA & vitamins. RECapture II
contains an additional ingredient, melatonin, providing additional skin protection benefits. RECapture I is used once a day in the morning, while RECapture II is used at night.
According to the President and Founder of Nature’s Pharma, Ayla Alexander, “every product added to the Nature’s Pharma line is designed to work well with our existing therapies. In this case, we’re introducing a therapy that includes two products which work extremely well together.”
RECapture II includes the RECapture I formulation, with the additional element of melatonin. Melatonin is produced in the skin primarily at night. This process stimulates the renovating elements that skin requires to reinforce its capacity of repair, renewal, and revitalization. In addition, the formulation of the base for RECapture II is ideally tailored to an overnight-use application.
RECapture I – Natural Anti-Aging Cream with DHEA and Vitamins
Using a unique U.S. patented technology; a stable aqueous formulation of Natural Anti-Aging Cream was developed with DHEA & Vitamins (DHEA CREAM) in the form of a water-soluble triple emulsion with high transdermal penetration of active ingredients through the skin. This formulation delivers more than five times the am ount of DHEA & Vitamins in normal, dry, and sensitive skin compare with oral administration. These levels cannot be achieved by oral administration without severe side effects.
RECapture II – Local Protection Against UV Ray Skin Damage and Aging
The addition of Melatonin to the RECapture I formulation provides additional benefits during sleep. Recent studies reveal that Melatonin cream application helps prevent the signs of aging especially on facial skin.
Researchers at the University of Wisconsin’s Department of Dermatology showed the role played by free radicals that are responsible for damage to the outer skin layers. They demonstrated that melatonin constitutes an effective protection against such dam age. Other research points to the fact that it is during the slow wave of “Delta Sleep” that the body recovers from the tiring events and stresses of the day. It is at this time that the application of melatonin can play its most important and useful role.
RECapture II provides all the benefits of RECapture I, but adds the critical element of melatonin, which can be absorbed into the skin as a person sleeps overnight.
Recommendation
Use DHEA w/Vitamins Cream (RECapture I) in the morning, combined with the use of DHEA w/Amino Acids, Melatonin, and Vitamins Cream at bedtime. These two creams compliment each other to give skin a younger, softer look.
The important role of DHEA in RECapture
DHEA has powerful skin protective effects. DHEA protects the skin’s delicate blood vessels. DHEA were applied after a serious burn, the blood vessels underlying the burned area were protected. Protecting the blood vessels saves the skin. Skin and blood vessels that would otherwise die and peel off can be saved by DHEA. DHEA prevents destructive white blood cells and their biochemical cousins from gearing up. In particular, DHEA affects the blood vessel killer known as tumor necrosis factor (TNF). At the same time it is inhibiting the destructive process, it appears to be prolonging the healing process.
Estrogen’s skin-enhancing effects are well known. It provokes collagen and a moisture factor known as hyaluronic acid. Aging decreases both estrogen and collagen. Enzymes that convert DHEA to estrogen also decline. DHEA is converted to both estrogen and testosterone, providing the benefits of both hormones. DHEA is converted into estrogen and androgen-type metabolites found only in skin. Studies show that DHEA is absorbed by skin when applied topically. A study from CHUL Research Center (in Canada) shows that the skin activity of DHEA applied topically is 85-90% greater than when taken orally (at least in rodents) (Labrie et al. 1996). No special carriers are needed to get DHEA into
skin. A properly formulated topical preparation of DHEA will contain just enough of the hormone to benefit skin without providing enough to escape into circulation. It m akes sense to apply the hormones directly to the skin if skin protection is the goal because ingested hormones may end up everywhere but the skin.
DHEA acts against everyday damage as well. By maintaining skin immunity, DHEA preserves the ability of skin to react to cancer-causing, skin-destroying pollutants in air, food, and water (Hastings et al. 1988; Pashko et al. 1992).
DHEA acts to protect against free radical damage while strengthening skin tissues. Proper DHEA levels can help diminish brown age spots, wrinkles, and help to regenerate the cells of the epidermis. DHEA also ameliorates the firmness, tonicity, and elasticity of your skin.
DHEA is the trusted by people for healthier aging process and increased longevity. Levels of DHEA levels in the body decrease as we age, so the addition of DHEA can have positive effects on collagen and skin integrity.
The RECapture I and RECapture II product line joins the widely sought and trusted Nature’s Healing Oil as part of Nature’s Pharma’s successful anti-aging and skin care products currently on the market.
