MIKAL is featuring at the 2011 Spring Shows our CyberPreptionist app. It has two areas. One is for clients who what to work with the Spa Software system (MIKAL) to book their appointments, check past purchases, update their personal info for marketing, check out the staff bios and pics, and check in when coming to the Spa without having to WAIT IN LINE while the people who are paying check out. The check in and re-booking are the most popular areas because they save the clients time and put them in control of their booking.
The other area is for Spa management and staff. Management can see real time activity like clients checking in, wait time, cancellations, projected revenue for the day and revenue to the minute. From anywhere! The Staff can see booking for the day, first appointment start time, quick peeks at real time sales revenue today to compare to goals etc…
