Bonadeo notes, “Our vision is to connect people to the power of beauty by developing a marketing and presentation strategy for expert artists, speakers and educators in our salon and spa industry and beyond. Our Platform has two customers; the client and the artist/speaker with one agenda — for the opportunity to access, inspire, education and train our industry to a new level.”
Platform artists, educators and guest speakers represented by The Beauty Agents will have three opportunities to participate in representation; Exclusive Management, Semi-Exclusive Management and The Beauty Agents Directory. Marketing and strategic branding will be created for signed talent to develop their speaking opportunities, public appearances, and exposure of an artist’s work, presentations, development of training tools, books or online education. The Beauty Agents will target specific audiences on behalf of their represented artists who will in turn benefit greatly by an enhanced Artist’s message, life experiences and professional skills.
The Beauty Agents launch will offer a platform for businesses and corporations to partner their corporate message as showcased with an expert artist, author and teacher. Creating a website community called Beauty Directory for professional industry businesses to include salons, schools, distributors, manufactures that are interested in accessing and booking the artist and speaker. This accessibility to talent in Business, Hair, Wellness and Show Support along with educational information will become an integral part of The Beauty Agents program.

Bonnie Bonadeo is the President and Founder of The Beauty Agents. She knew on the day that she graduated from beauty school over 25 years ago that she had found her passion and purpose in the professional beauty industry. Her career legacy began as a salon hairstylist and has carried forth that same passion into all her efforts including managing multiple salon locations, representing product manufacturers while creating and managing distribution channels and educational programs. Most recently as Director of Industry Programs and Education for the PBA – The Professional Beauty Association, she produced and directed some of the industry’s most celebrated events such as North America Hairstyling Awards, Beacon, Learning Lounges, Symposium and the International Salon and Spa Expos. Bonadeo holds a certificate degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurism from the University of Southern California, Irvine. Partner, Bobi Seredich is the President and founder of Equanimity, Inc. (EQ Speakers), a speaker’s bureau and training company creating event planning solutions. Seredich has years of experience in event planning, corporate training programs and the speaking industry.
