The McLean Events team is looking forward to hosting the fourth SPATEC event for the first time in Spring this year at The Langham, Huntington Hotel & Spa (formerly the Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel & Spa) from February 27 to March 1.
The event is by invitation only and brings together over 60 of the major hotel, resort, destination spa operators and directors to meet with some of the spa industry’s key suppliers and manufacturers in a series of pre-scheduled appointments. Often compared to speed-dating, SPATEC offers a very focused environment for key decision makers to meet in a conducive atmosphere for doing business. As a past delegate put it,”If this form of “speed dating” ends in marriage, then I am getting married several times!”
SPATEC was launched in 2005 and in this short period of time has grown to be one of the key business to business meeting forum for the North American Spa Industry. So much so that the event is now being held twice a year as of 2008; in Spring and in the Fall where the event will take place at the Chateu Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA, September 25 to 28.
